The Inspection Trip offers participants unparalleled perspective on the opportunity of intercity passenger rail along the Gulf Coast.
Credentials will be available train-side to all registered riders. Please bring a valid photo I.D. for boarding. Only those with Amtrak-issued credentials will be permitted to board. Due to space limitations, we regret the invitation is non-transferable.
News media will be carried in a designated area aboard the inspection train. Interview opportunities will be provided at station stops. Other interviews aboard the train will be dependent on availability.
No remote mounting of cameras with microphones will be permitted.
Please note this trip is a one-way trip by rail. No return travel will be provided.
