MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) — The City of Mobile is speaking up in favor of expanding passenger train service on the Gulf Coast.

City Councilman Fred Richardson will speak at the "Rally for Trains" this Saturday at the Union Passenger Terminal in New Orleans.
